The Private Room’s maximum occupancy is 12 people.
We will contact you via email after receiving your reservation request.

MINIMUM SPEND REQUIRMENT
Please be prepared to pre-order for your party as there is a minimum spend requirement to dine in the Private Room (see below). This amount covers food and drinks, but not tax and gratuity.

• Lunch: Minimum spend of $400 or more
• Dinner: Minimum spend of $1,000 or more

DEPOSIT
A deposit must be paid to secure the reservation (see below).

• Lunch: $200 deposit
• Dinner: $500 deposit

PAYMENT METHOD
Restaurant Suntory uses Worldpay to accept deposits, so we will email you a Worldpay link to make the payment.

MENU PRE-ORDERING
We highly recommend to place food pre-order to ensure smooth and quick service for your special occasion. If you would like to place pre-order, please email it to us at least 3 days prior to your reservation date, so that we have enough time to make any adjustments if needed, depending on our inventory.
*Note: Only Washoku dishes are served in the Private Room for dinner reservation (Teppanyaki item cannot be served during dinner time).

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel a reservation with no penalty up to 72 hours prior to your reservation date. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of the reservation, Restaurant Suntory will refund 50% of your deposit. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation will result in a non-refundable cancellation fee equaling 100% of your deposit.

If you’d like to make a reservation for a party up to 12 people, you can do so on Resy.
Large party reservations will be seated at either a Washoku table or a Teppan table. Please let us know which dining area you prefer.

DEPOSIT

• Washoku Lunch (parties of 13 – 30 people): $200
• Washoku Dinner (parties of 13 – 30 people): $500
• Teppanyaki Lunch (parties of 27 – 60 people): $200
• Teppanyaki Dinner (parties of 27 – 60 people): $500

*Note: No deposit is needed for Teppanyaki reservations with 13 – 26 people. However, guests must still submit a request to book a party of this size.

All pre-orders must be complete at least 3 days prior to your reservation date. If it is within 3 days of the reservation date, orders can no longer be changed. This applies to all large parties of 13 or more, regardless of whether a deposit is required for your type of reservation.
*Note: Teppanyaki menu items cannot be ordered if you are seated in the Washoku dining area. Similarly, Washoku dishes are not available if you are seated in the Teppan dining area.
