1. What should I expect during my omakase experience?

Upon arrival at Restaurant SUNTORY, you’ll be guided through a private corridor to Sushi Tokiwa’s hidden alcove. Seated at the sushi counter, each piece is prepared and served directly to you, one at a time, at the peak of freshness. Guests enjoying sake will be presented with our curated collection of handmade artisan glasses to choose from.

2. How long does sushi omakase take?

We encourage guests to plan for approximately 60-90 minutes during lunch and 90-120 minutes during dinner, depending on the selected course option.

3. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when booking your reservation. While our omakase menu is designed around the chef's seasonal selection, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Kindly note that extensive restrictions may limit the breadth of the experience.

4. How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made through OpenTable. For lunch, please be sure to select the "Sushi Omakase - Lunch" option. For dinner, choose between our two available course menus: Sushi Omakase TOKIWA ($300) or Sushi Omakase HAKUSHU ($180).

Please arrive on time, as omakase service follows a carefully timed and coordinated pace. Reservations will be automatically cancelled and marked as a no-show if guests are more than 15 minutes late. No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Can I bring children to Sushi Tokiwa?

We welcome guests aged 9 and older to enjoy our omakase experience. For younger diners, Restaurant SUNTORY’s other dining areas provide a comfortable setting with a full menu suitable for all ages.
