The Lobster & Steak Course elevates a timeless pairing with SUNTORY'S signature touch. Presented as part of a full multi-course menu, it includes a variety of teppan-grilled accompaniments and sides to create a deliciously balanced and memorable dinner.
The Seafood Course features our most generous selection of ocean delicacies, such as shrimp, salmon, scallop, abalone, and lobster. Served alongside grilled vegetables and our favorite side dishes, the result is a satisfying, well-rounded meal you'll want to come back for.
As always, we proudly offer Miyazaki Wagyu, sourced directly from Japan and treasured for its remarkable tenderness, as well as premium U.S. Washu Beef, a Wagyu-Angus blend known for its bold flavor and luxuriously smooth finish. The choice is up to you!
